Bok Choy and Glass Noodles are made so easy by steaming. If you are a vegetarian, substitute oyster sauce with soy sauce. Bok Choy and glass noodles can be found easily at your local grocery store. Glass noodles are also known as bean threads and vermicelli, which are made either from Mung bean powder or potato starch. Enjoy!
