How to Make Wontons
8 fresh or frozen wontons
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup roughly chopped lettuce ( spinach or bok choy)
1 green onion, finely chopped
White pepper powder
1. Bring the stock to boil. Add lettuce and cook about 2 minutes. Turn it to simmer.
2. In a pot of boiling water, add wontons in and gently stir. Cook about 8 minutes for frozen wontons or 5 minutes for fresh ones.
3. Transfer wontons to the soup and bring it boil.
4. Add some white pepper powder to taste. Garnish with green onions. Serve.

Hello, which chicken broth you use? Coz I think that few recipe don’t use chicken broth, Am I right? Only water, scallions and sesame oil? Thank you, Audrey
Low sodium, no-msg chicken stock. Water should be fine too. Thank you!
