This is a homey and nutritious dish that I grew up with. It’s normally made of eggs and water mixture, but I use soy milk instead. You may have it for breakfast or serve with rice.
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of soy milk
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add soy milk and mix well. Add salt.
2. Filter the mixture with a strainer into a bowl.
3. Place the mixer in a steamer when water boils, leaving the lid open a little bit while steaming. Steam about 20 minutes over medium low heat.
4. Garnish with green onions, and dress with sesame oil and soy sauce. Serve.
