Who doesn’t like noodles? Enjoy these tasty and delightful sesame noodles especially for the summer. You may have for lunch or as an appetizer for dinner. The sauce is the key, but very easy to make. Enjoy!
1/4 pound of fresh or dried noodles, or pasta, cooked edentate and rinsed with cold water
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/4 of a cucumber, thinly sliced ( or bean spouts)
For the sauce:
2 teaspoons of sesame paste
1 and 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons light soy sauce
4 teaspoons water

first of all is this to be served hot or cold?
This sesame paste, is this same as the Middle Eastern/Greek/North African… ‘tahini’ which is uses for making hummus?

It’s served cold. I don’t think the sesame paste is the same as tahini.
