Salmon Teriyaki is one of my favorite Japanese dishes and easy to make at home. The sauce can be stored in a refrigerator for days. If you don’t have Mirin, Japanese rice wine, you may substitute with dry cherry, dry white wine or rice vinegar. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 salmon filet
1 small carrot, slices
handful broccoli florets
For the sauce:
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 tbsp honey (or sugar)
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp Mirin
1/3 tsp starch or flour with 1 tbsp water for the slurry
