Pan Fried Fish Filet 香煎鱼排
Another simple pan fried fish take less than 10 minutes to make. You may pair it with my Stir Fried String Beans or Sweet and Sour Cabbage. Enjoy!
8 oz fish filet (Basa, Tilapia, or Snapper)
1 lemon
Oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Corn starch
1. Season both sides of the filet with salt and pepper, and rub on a thin layer of starch;
2. Heat up a flat pan to high, and place the fish filet;
3. Pan fry about 8 minutes, and flip every 2 minutes;
4. Last, squeeze lemon juice on the filet. Serve.
