I Love your food!!!!!!!!!
I love Chinese cuisine like I’m sure most New Yorkers and in particular Sichuan style. Sichuan is my favorite because of the spiciness of the dishes. While looking for a cold sesame noodle recipe I came across your “Mom’s Cold Noodle” recipe!
As I watched the video my mouth watered and couldn’t believe how straight forward and easy it is to make. Also your Mom is a classic she knows ingredient amounts without really measuring.
I can’t wait to try my hand at making her dish. Of course I’ll probably need a scientific calculator to get the ingredient measurements correct but it’s worth it!
Thank you and Mom for such a delicious recipe!
Thanks Michael for the kind words. I will surely tell my mom. Chinese cooking is not like baking and you don’t need to measure (I started measuring when Starting the channel to help my viewers). Just as my mom always says, “a little bit of everything” to your taste.
Regards,
Ling
