Easy Fried Rice with Leftover Turkey

Do you have leftover turkey from Thanksgiving? Here’s an easy fried rice recipe with turkey meat. To make it Thanksgiving again, you may serve with cranberry sauce as I did. Enjoy!

Written recipe for Fried Rice with Leftover Turkey:

Ingredients:
1 cup of turnkey meat
1 carrot, cut into slivers
1 small onion, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
avocado or vegetable oil
light soy sauce
salt
jellied cranberry sauce (optional)

1. Heat up wok or pan to high heat, stir fry carrot and onion for about 2 minutes. Add a bit salt.
2. Add turkey meat and stir fry about 1 minute.
3. Add rice, mix, and stir fry about 3 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce to taste.
5. Finish with green onions. Serve!
