It’s another sunny weekend. Went to meet friends for Dim Sum. Dim Sum Refers to varieties of small dishes in individual steamers or on plates, pushed around in steam carts and served by servers. It’s typically served with jasmine or chrysanthemum tea. We ordered shrimp dumplings, rice and chicken wrapped in lotus leaves, fish balls with turnip, vegetable wrapped in rice noodles, etc. It was a fun time.
