I made spring rolls (egg rolls) recipe over 10 years ago. Here’s another egg roll recipe made with chicken instead of pork. In my last egg roll recipe, I pan fried them. This time, I air fried them. It is even simpler and easier. Hope you enjoy these popular Chinese appetizers!
Here’s my original egg roll recipe:

Written recipe for Egg Rolls:
1 chicken breast (chopped finely) or pork
1 pack of egg roll wrappers
1 carrot, diced
3 cups chopped cabbage
Avocado or vegetable oil
Salt
White pepper powder
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Plus sauce (duck sauce)
1. Heat up oil to high heat. Brown the meat till it’s lightly brown. Season with a pinch of salt and white pepper.
2. Add cabbage and carrot. Combine and stir. Cook about 3 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
4. Finish with sesame oil.
5. Let the filling cool off.
6. Wrap egg rolls (following my steps in the video).
7. Fry them till golden brown (deep frying, pan frying or air frying). Serve with plum sauce.
(For rest of the egg rolls, store them in a zip bag and freeze them)
