Chinese Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
1/2 pound chicken ground meat
2 dried Or fresh shiitake mushrooms
1 carrots
1 stalk of green onions
2 cloves of garlic
Lettuce leaves
Cilantro for garnish
Oyster sauce
Salt
Vegetable oil
1. Heat up a pan to high heat, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
2. Sauté chicken about 2 to 3 minutes until lightly brown;
3. Add garlic, a pinch of salt, carrots, and mushrooms. Mix and cook about 2 minutes;
4. Add oyster sauce to taste, and top with green onions;
5. Scoop to lettuce leaves to sever.
