Spicy Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
4 oz ground meat
1 stalk green onion
2 cloves garlic
1 piece ginger
1 tablespoon spicy bean paste
Salt
Sugar
White pepper powder
Sesame oil

Spicy Noodle Soup

1. Heat up oil to high heat, add chicken, and stir fry about 2 to 3 minutes until lightly brown;
2. Add white part of green onions, ginger, and garlic, followed by some oil and spicy bean paste, and mix;
3. Add about 1/2 cup water or chicken stock, turn the heat to medium, and add sugar. Finish with white pepper powder, and top with green
onions.
4. Boil fresh or dried noodle in a pot to al dente, and add vegetable in last minute;
5. In a big bowl, add salt, white pepper powder, and drops of sesame oil;
6. Put the cooked noodles and vegetable into the bowl, add 3 tbsp meat sauce on top, and garnish with green onions. Server.
