Enjoy this simple and delicious pan fried fish, crispy outside and tender inside. It takes about 12 minutes to cook a fish under 1 pound. Flip the fish every 2 minutes on medium heat. To eat, use fork to take the meat off and server with lemon. Enjoy!

1 whole fish, less than 1 pound
(Bronzino, sea bass, or tilapia)
3 slices ginger
1 green onion
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons canola or other oil
3 slices lemon

1. Make 3 cuts on both sides of the fish, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat up oil in a flat pan or skillet to medium heat. Add ginger to flavor the oil.
3. Add fish and cover. Flip every 2 minutes for about 12 minutes.
4. For the last minute, add green onion to finish.
5. Server with lemon.
